"Isolation" by Debra Tritt Kreiger

Watercolor 8"x10 on 140lb Fluid Paper

I suppose this is the time to experiment with new things. I used a different paper for this painting. It was a challenge, just like our current situation. Hope all are well, happy and healthy.

"Hawk Watch" by Debra Tritt Kreiger

Watercolor 11"x15" on arches watercolor paper

My favorite past time is photographing local wildlife and turning it into a painting. This is one of our neighborhood hawks which I photographed on top of my husbands car.  I've placed him out in the country where he looks pretty happy. I believe this is a sharp-shinned Hawk which looks similar to a Coopers Hawk. Just a fabulous looking bird of prey! If you'd like to purchase this painting please e-mail me at debra@debkreiger.com.

"Jelly for Lunch" by Debra Tritt Kreiger

7"x 10" watercolor on 140lb arches paper

Hoping everyone is safe and healthy. This is a little painting done from inspiration from the Mrytle Beach Aquarium we visited beginning of February. A favorite subject of mine to paint is the green sea turtle. One of their favorite foods are jelly-fish. A  really good reason to not use plastic bags. The turtles mistake them for jelly-fish and eat them. If interested in purchasing this painting e-mail me at debra@debkreiger.com for more information.
