My favorite past time is photographing local wildlife and turning it into a painting. This is one of our neighborhood hawks which I photographed on top of my husbands car.  I've placed him out in the country where he looks pretty happy. This is a Great Horned Owl I met at at a birds of prey show at Kings Gap State Park. This will be the second time I've painted him. I've put him in a winter scene. PA Watercolor Society's 38th Annual International Show
