My favorite past time is photographing local wildlife and turning it into a painting. This is one of our neighborhood hawks which I photographed on top of my husbands car. I've placed him out in the country where he looks pretty happy. I believe this is a sharp-shinned Hawk which looks similar to a Coopers Hawk. Just a fabulous looking bird of prey!
