This is a work in progress sneak peek..This is part of a large watercolor painting 18"x28". I'm working on this painting for a juried show. I didn't want to show the whole painting until it is complete and photographed properly. I'm surely thinking of warmer weather and can't wait for all the outdoor painting opportunities that are coming in 2012!

"Farm Show" By Debra Tritt Kreiger
"Farm Show" 10"x14" Watercolor
on Arches 140lb paper
It's that time of year! I thought it would be a good choice to post this painting since the Pennsylvania State Farm Show in Harrisburg is in gear. I just love to walk the show and get a real close up and personal view of all the farm animals, people and food. It was lunch time and these fellows were very hungry!

"Show Off" By Debra Tritt Kreiger
"Show Off" 10"x13" watercolor on 140lb Arches Paper
I finally finished this painting of a farm turkey who lives at the Blue Hound Farm in Lewisberry. While a few fellow painters and myself were painting at the farm he fluffed himself out and just walked around trying to get everyone's attention. He definitely deserved to have a painting done of himself!
