I just couldn't help myself. Not that I'm pushing winter, but I just loved the way the sun dances across the snow. I really like looking into the sun. Sometimes you get amazing results! The silhouettes of the trees bathing in the warm sunlight gives real texture and interest to this painting.

I painted this painting from a scene right outside my studio window. It was one of those cold dreary snowy days and this bright little fellow came to visit.
